How do I change a document from English to Spanish in word processor?

I have a report due but it needs to be in spanish and unfortunetly i don't write in spanish.How do I change a document from English to Spanish in word processor?If your using any microsft proccesing software. Write your document in english first then highlight it and right click translation is an option on the list click it and you can translate quickly and into many languages.
