Pc with Intel DP45SG board wont boot up.?

I have an Intel DP45SG Motherboard in my custom pc and it wont boot up. Lights and fan are on but that is as far as I can get, no video signal. I think it has something to do with resetting the CMOS or BIOS. I am wondering if anyone has any idea on the correct procedure for resetting the CMOS for the above Motherboard.
